Our holistic physiotherapy program was developed with clear health and wellness goals in mind. Having one treatment session intermittently here and there will not provide optimal results or get you closer to your goals.
In each session, you can expect there will be a combination of skin/muscle analysis, acupuncture, manual massage, and exercise prescription. Additionally, at the end of each session, lifestyle enhancements (nutrition, mindfulness, environment) will be recommended.
